Community events are being planned for UFCD and SFCC.

The Alachua County Dental Association consists of over 130 members
who are dedicated to the Gainesville area community and to their patients

We help to make Kids Smile.  Many of our members participated in the national Give Kids a Smile event on Feb. 2004.  Indigent children in need of dental services who have not be able to obtain were seen on a volunteer basis. There are many  indigent patients of North Central Florida and we are trying to help as our area has few Medicaid Providers.  Our GKAS efforts were recognized with a $5,000 dental school scholarship from the American Dental Association.
